Tyler Glenn is an experienced professional in purchasing and procurement, currently serving as the Associate Director of Purchasing at the Gladstone Institutes, a biomedical research facility in San Francisco, since September 2001. In this role, Tyler manages a department responsible for approximately 13,000 internal orders annually. Prior to this position, Tyler held various roles, including Purchasing Manager and Assistant Buyer, focusing on negotiations and order fulfillment for both biomedical and research needs. Tyler's experience includes a previous role as a Buyer at University Games and as a Purchasing Manager at the ASUC Student Union, where responsibilities involved overseeing the procurement of various goods and managing teams. Tyler also volunteered at the San Francisco Zoo, contributing to animal care and education. Tyler holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and participated in a semester abroad at University College Dublin.
