Tugdual C. began their work experience in 2009 as a Conseiller/Vendeur at DECATHLON FRANCE, where they worked until April 2012. Tugdual then joined DECATHLON FRANCE again in June 2012, this time as a Responsable de rayon, and held that position until September 2015. From October 2015 to March 2017, Tugdual worked as a Chef de secteur at GBH (entreprise). Currently, they are employed as a Commercial at J. Cortès, a position they have held since March 2018.

Tugdual C. attended the Iut Angoulême from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a DUT in Techniques de commercialisation. Subsequently, they pursued their education at CESNI in 2008 and 2009, earning a Licence professionnelle in Commercialisation de produits et services sportifs.
