Hunt Transport Services, Inc. since December 2017, Paul has held various positions including Senior Operations Manager and Customer Experience Manager, demonstrating a strong background in both operational and customer-focused roles. With a tenure that spans over two decades at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, including nearly 20 years as Operations Manager, Paul has developed significant expertise in maintaining operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arkansas, earned between 1993 and 1997.
