Lauren Pachioli, MHRM, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at J. Ambrogi Foods, where responsibilities include employee and labor relations, as well as assisting with weekly payroll processes. Previously, Lauren held various HR roles at Stonhard, focusing on national recruitment and new hire onboarding, and served as a Human Resources Assistant at Save Philly Stores SUPERVALU, overseeing hiring for multiple locations. Earlier experience includes managing a team at Wawa, Inc., where operations and employee development were key areas of focus, and supervising perishable warehouses at C&S Wholesale Grocers. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, complemented by a Human Resources certificate from the Duane Morris Institute.
