Feng Rao is a Partner at J A Kemp, with a professional trajectory that includes roles as Associate Patent Attorney, Patent Attorney, and Part Qualified Trainee Patent Attorney since April 2018. Prior to this, Feng held the position of Technical Assistant at D Young & Co LLP from September 2014 to April 2018, providing technical assistance on patent prosecution in the biotechnology, immunology, and pharmaceuticals sectors, and drafting responses for international Examination Reports. Feng Rao earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Biochemistry (MBiochem) from the University of Oxford, complemented by a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
