Joshua Nick is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Senior Development Chemist at IXS Coatings since November 2024, where expertise is applied in developing advanced coating systems tailored to customer requirements. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions including Senior Chemist at Polytek Development Corp, where development of various polyurethane systems and production scaling were key responsibilities, and Director of R&D at Trident Liner Division of BCC Products Inc., overseeing project management and production of polyurethane systems. Additional experience includes roles in technical sales and product development at companies such as Marchem Southeast, PUMA Polymers LLC, Dow Chemical, National Casein Company, and PolyOne. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Business, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, awarded in 1997.
