Romulo Melo has over 20 years of experience in pre-sales and technical support across various companies. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Ixia since January 2017, Romulo provides pre-sales support for company products and assists the sales team in achieving sales goals through customer visits, product demonstrations, and the preparation of test equipment. Prior roles include positions at Multirede as Gerente Serviços and Especialista de Rede Pleno, where Romulo gained extensive knowledge in network services, as well as experience in pre-sales with Halogica, focusing on technologies from Cisco, Tandberg, Microsoft, and Google. Earlier positions at Auriga and SJR Solucoes involved both pre and post-sales technical support, with a strong emphasis on Cisco technologies. Romulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Producao Mecanica from Universidade Nove de Julho and studied at Universidade Federal Rural do Rio Grande do Norte.
