Galina Zhuravleva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management across various telecommunications and data center companies. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at IXcellerate since October 2021, Zhuravleva's previous roles include Senior Sales Account Manager at Telia Carrier and Head of Customer Success at IXcellerate. Zhuravleva's career also encompasses significant positions at VimpelCom and JSC "GLOBUS-TELECOM," where responsibilities ranged from Senior Key Account Manager to Director of Customer Success.
