Quinn Sedmak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and technical support. Currently a Senior Account Executive at IX Solutions Ltd. since February 2021, Quinn previously held the position of Infrastructure and Business Consultant at Ricoh IT Services from November 2005 to February 2021, leading technical initiatives for small and medium-sized business accounts in Southern British Columbia. Earlier experience includes various technical support roles at Shaw Cable Systems, where responsibilities ranged from Tier 1 to advanced support for business clients. Quinn is an Okanagan College alumnus, having studied there from 1997 to 1999, and offers a diversified skill set that enhances any team or organization.
