Janine van Zyl is an accomplished account manager and brand manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and food industry. Currently, Janine serves as an Account Manager at FirstPour and as South African Brand Manager at IWSC - Club Oenologique, with prior roles as an Account Executive covering South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. From November 2011 to February 2021, Janine was the Owner, Founder, and Executive Chef of Cold Gold Artisan Ice Cream & Sorbet, where delicious homemade creations were crafted without artificial ingredients. Janine's culinary journey includes roles at prestigious hotels such as the 12 Apostles Hotel and Mount Nelson Hotel. Academically, Janine holds a Master's degree in Wine & Alcoholic Beverages from the Institute of Cape Wine Masters, along with various certifications in distillation, nutrition, and food science.
