Alessia Simonato is the HR Director at CallsU, supporting the launch of a new brand. Previously, Alessia worked as a Global HR Business Partner at iwinBACK Inc., the first HR person for the company. Prior to that, Alessia was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Together Price and a Senior Technical Recruiter at HAYS. Alessia also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at ECIT, a Trainee Junior Recruiter at Adecco Italia Spa, and as a Post Graduate Trainee at Ospedale San Raffaele. Alessia holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.
