In 2006, Sergey joined WEST as a System Administrator, where they focused on network security and maintenance. Sergey was responsible for tasks such as installing virtual private networks (VPNs) and monitoring network performance. Their expertise also extended to TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and VMware.

In 2007, Sergey joined iWin, Inc. as a Build Engineer. Their role involved creating wraps and builds for the company's games, as well as working on the gasification process for in-game advertisements. Sergey also had responsibilities related to publishing and releasing processes.
