Kelvin held this role until 2011, with a short break in between. From 2011 to 2019, Kelvin took on various roles at IWG plc, including Head of Sales China and National Corporate Account Director. In these positions, they played a crucial role in overseeing sales operations and managing key corporate accounts. Kelvin's expertise also extended to internal sales, where they served as an Internal Sales Director. Additionally, they took on leadership roles as an Area Director in different regions, including Shanghai and West China. In these roles, they were responsible for sales and commercial results within the respective areas, coordinating with general managers to ensure efficient operations.
