Matt Shanahan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product research and development, as well as production engineering. Since May 2006, Matt has served as the Director of R&D / Production Engineering at IWCO Direct, where responsibilities included leading the establishment of the Product R&D Engineering department, directing strategic planning for new products and technology, and managing all production operations across multiple departments. Prior to this role, Matt held positions as Operations Manager of Lettershop & Personalization, Maintenance Manager at Zomax, and Maintenance & Engineering Manager at Banta. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 1998.
