Dan Fay has extensive experience in safety and environmental management, currently serving as an Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College since January 2017, where responsibilities include promoting safety regulations and workplace habits. Additionally, Fay holds a dual role at The Oscar Winski Company and Lafayette Steel and Aluminum since May 2005, focusing on safety training and compliance across various facilities in Indiana and Illinois, including the management of four OSHA SHARP locations. Previously, Fay directed environmental health and safety initiatives at Waste Management from May 1986 to May 2005. Educational credentials include a range of certifications from the National Safety Council and other institutions, specializing in first aid, OSHA standards, and crane operation safety.
