Alessandra “Sasha” Heslin is a Consulting Intern at Ascend Indiana since July 2022, with prior experience as a Legislative Intern for Mayor Joe Hogsett in the City of Indianapolis, where significant contributions were made to the 2021 THRIVE Indianapolis sustainability report and support for ARPA relief fund allocation. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Intern at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, where data-driven insights informed business strategy, and Data and Metrics Analyst at CNO Financial Group, focusing on report generation and data management. Early career experience includes positions as a Summer Camp Counselor at Indy Parks and Recreation and Assistant to the Athletic Director at Bishop Chatard High School. Sasha holds a Master of Science in Applied Data Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Political Science from Butler University.
