Sameera Chowdry is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President - Head HR & Governance at Ivy Mobility since March 2023. Prior to this, Sameera held the position of Head People & Culture - India at Brainly, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, diversity management, and succession planning. Sameera’s career includes a role as Global People Head at BNI, overseeing strategic initiatives, as well as significant positions at Flipkart, where Sameera managed a team overseeing HR operations for 10,000 employees. Earlier experiences include managing payroll and HR functions at QuEST Global and Firstsource Solutions Limited. Sameera holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Bachelor of Laws from Bangalore University Law College, and an MBA from Annamalai University, specializing in Human Resources Management.
