Lauren Dawes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lauren started their career in 2004 as a Receptionist and Tour Guide at Brigham Young University and later worked at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General as an Office Administrative Assistant. In 2013, they joined Cvent as a Lead Retrieval Tech Support.

Lauren's experience in customer service began in 2016 when they joined Freshly Picked, Inc. Here, they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Specialist, Wholesale Account Manager, and eventually became the Customer Service Manager. In these roles, they managed a team, handled escalated customer service issues, collaborated with the management team for marketing campaigns, maintained communication channels, and had extensive knowledge of Shopify.
