Oliver Hirsch's work experience includes their most recent position as a Senior Software Test Engineer at IVU Traffic Technologies since June 2021. Before that, they worked at Belcan starting in 2014, where they held various roles including Verification Engineer - Team Lead from March 2019 to May 2021, Controls Engineer from January 2018 to February 2019, Verification Engineer from July 2017 to January 2018, and Performance Engineer from July 2014 to July 2017. Prior to working at Belcan, Oliver had a Computational Fluid Dynamics Internship at Siemens Energy from January 2013 to April 2013 and a Maintenance Internship at Albemarle from May 2012 to August 2012.

Oliver Hirsch completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also had a brief opportunity to study Mechanical Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). In December 2022, Oliver obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB CTFL) certification from Brightest.
