Prashant Kondle has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2002. Prashant began their career as a Co-Founder and Software Developer/Manager at MedicalClub Corp. in 2002. In 2004, they moved to Ivis Technologies as a Software Architect. In 2007, they co-founded EZappt, LLC, where they served as Software Development Manager. In 2013, Prashant joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President Business Intelligence Program Manager. In 2016, they moved to GoCoop - Social Marketplace as Business Head/ Head of Technology, where they were responsible for delivering top-line growth while meeting EBIDTA targets. Prashant led the design and development of the e-commerce website, created a mobile app for suppliers, and designed the integration of the B2B web portal with the back-end ERP system. In 2019, they returned to Ivis Technologies as a Technology Product Manager, working on technical product management of ESG & Supply Chain Risk Management product lines.

Prashant Kondle has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the University of Mumbai in Production Engineering, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Prashant then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from V.J.T.I. Mumbai in Production Engineering from 1995 to 1999. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. In 2003, they obtained the SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practioner) certification from ISC2.
