Tessa Weidner, MBA, serves as the Director of the Educational Technology Lab at Ivey Business School, where Tessa plays a pivotal role in operational management and team development, overseeing Learning Experience Designers and Coordinators. With a strong background in eLearning, Tessa has designed curriculum for over 50 courses and contributed to Ivey’s Accelerated MBA program. Tessa is also the Founder and HR Director of Tessa's Tutoring, providing personalized tutoring services to over 60 students globally. Previously, Tessa held positions at Scotiabank, where training and customer service solutions were enhanced, and at Western University as a Business Lecturer, where interactive case-based learning was effectively delivered. Educational credentials include an MBA and an Honors Business Administration degree, complemented by a Summer Marketing Course at the University of Vienna.
