Giovanni Madia is an experienced finance and project management professional with a strong background in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as Finance Manager and Business Controller at Iveco Group since January 2022. In this role, Giovanni leads the Finance Platform Team for the Iveco Trucks Business Unit, focusing on profitability improvement and market positioning. Previously, Giovanni held various positions at CNH Industrial, including R&D Financial Controller and Head of Planning & Control, where responsibilities involved overseeing financial planning and budgeting for product development. Earlier experience includes project management roles at companies such as Fincantieri and GE, along with consultancy work as an IT Project Manager.
