Dix Devasahayam, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Software Verification and Validation at Iveco Group, leading initiatives to develop robust testing frameworks that ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards. Previous experience includes serving as Engineering Manager for Commercial Electric Vehicle Testing at Siemens, where Dix managed test strategy and protocols for multiple projects, and as a Software Test Expert at Valeo Siemens eAutomotive, focusing on inverter testing and test strategy planning. Dix also held positions as Software Test Leader for ADAS Camera Systems at Valeo, Associate Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies with a focus on software testing for diesel and gasoline systems, and Software Engineer at Infosys, developing database solutions. Education includes an MBA in Computer Systems Analysis from the University of Madras and a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from St. Peter's Engineering College.
