Léna Donstetter has work experience at two companies: Ivalua and Finastra. At Ivalua, they worked as a Software Engineer starting in September 2021. Previously, they held the role of Ingénieure support client from September 2020 to September 2021, and again from September 2018 to September 2020. At Finastra, they worked as a Développeur Java/C++ from September 2017 to August 2018.

Léna Donstetter pursued their education in the field of computer science and management. Léna began their educational journey in 2015 at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), where they studied Maths, Physics, and Computer Science for their L1 degree. In 2016, they continued their studies at the same university for their L2 degree, specializing in Computer Science. Léna then moved to Université Paris-Saclay in 2017, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Management (MIAGE) through an apprenticeship program. Building on their knowledge, Léna further advanced their education at Université Paris-Saclay, obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science and Management (MIAGE) through an apprenticeship program from 2018 to 2020.
