Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where the focus is on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha founded and owns managination, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has held significant positions in various organizations, including Share&Charge and the IIB Council, contributing expertise in blockchain, decentralized systems, and financial technology. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
