Isabelle Soulie (Boudou) currently serves as Adjointe RRH at Bosch France since January 2016, overseeing HR teams at the Rodez production site, managing administrative tasks and skills development initiatives, as well as leading cultural and managerial transformation projects. Isabelle also acts as an HR Business Partner, supporting site strategy diversification and career development for employees. In addition, Isabelle has been a Maître de conférences associé at IUT de Rodez since 2012, teaching quality resources and management methodologies. Isabelle's extensive prior experience at Bosch France includes roles in quality production management and engineering, where responsibilities spanned quality standards implementation and client relationship management. Isabelle holds multiple degrees in industrial engineering and chemistry, with education acquired from institutions including Fachhochschule Verfahrenstechnik in Mannheim, Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, and IUT Paul Sabatier Toulouse.
