Adriana Vidal is an experienced professional in environmental policy, specializing in climate change and forest conservation. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor on Climate Change and a Senior Forest Policy Officer at the IUCN, Adriana has also held various roles, including Chair at the Global Partnership on Forest and Landscape Restoration, and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, teaching International Environmental Law Practicum. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Consultant at Climate Focus b.v. and a Graduate Intern at the Environmental Defense Fund, focusing on REDD+ and Indigenous Peoples. Adriana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Environmental Law from New York University and additional education from Universidad ESAN.
