Andrew Tyrell-Smith is an experienced UX Writer and Instructional Copywriter at ITX Corp., contracted since March 2021 to develop instructional content for software users, including Help Center articles and communication materials. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Content Writer/Editor at Help Lightning, enhancing blog posts for readability and SEO. Experience at Intersect News involved pitching and producing engaging content on diverse topics for an international audience. Andrew's previous role as a Delivery Partner at Grubhub included coordinating customer orders efficiently, and earlier tutoring experience at the University of San Diego focused on supporting student athletes in writing and English composition. Andrew earned a Bachelor's Degree in English with Departmental Honors from the University of San Diego in 2019.
