Jeff Keller started their work experience in 1995 as a Management Lead Consultant at Ontario Systems, where they worked until April 2014. In April 2014, they transitioned to ITx Companies, LLC as the Executive Vice President of Information Leadership, where they currently hold the position.

Jeff Keller attended Ball State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies with a focus on Computer Science.
