Oscar Villarreal Salinas currently serves as Regional Sales Manager North at ITW Food Equipment Group, focusing on key customers in the Food Retail division since January 2013. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships from negotiation to installation and training, ensuring high satisfaction through regular communication and conflict resolution. In addition, Oscar has utilized proactive sales strategies as a Customer Training Representative and has recently taken on the role of a college professor at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY in the Business, Marketing & Analysis Faculty since May 2022. Oscar holds an MBA from EGADE Business School and a BS in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with prior experience as an intern at Laboratorios Cryopharma in therapeutic protein production.
