Joshua Bowman is an R&D Engineer specializing in Global New Technologies at ITW Food Equipment Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Design Engineer at NOV from August 2021 to April 2024, focusing on the design and modeling of industrial agitators and custom components. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Co-op at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in 2020, where Joshua developed solutions for process improvements and conducted prototyping for retention devices. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, earned in August 2021.
