Rhonda Bell has over three decades of experience in sales administration and operations management. Currently serving as an Advanced Systems Sales Administrator at ITW since May 2011, Rhonda is responsible for item master management, bill of material administration, order management, invoice projection reporting, on-time delivery analysis, advanced system process flow organization, and sales support. Rhonda has also held the position of Large Systems Sales Administration at ITW Dynatec during the same period. Prior to this, Rhonda managed operations at HEOPS, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing effective operating procedures for a project management organization focused on creating access networks for healthcare providers. Rhonda's career began at Ingersoll Rand, where a role as Customer Service and Inventory Control Manager lasted from August 1982 to April 2008. Rhonda holds education credentials from Volunteer State Community College and Western Kentucky University.
