Sarah Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager at ITV since August 2022, Sarah has played a crucial role in defining product development roadmaps, leading user-centric design workshops, and managing legal and financial aspects to ensure compliance and budget control. Prior to ITV, Sarah held various positions at Nationwide Building Society, including Measurement Innovation Manager and Innovation Delivery Manager, where significant projects were delivered in collaboration with external partners. Sarah's earlier career included roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Project Manager and at KBC Financial Products as Associate Director, showcasing a strong background in project lifecycle management and financial services.
