Alessia Ramondo currently holds a position in R&D at Ittinsect - Feed for the Ocean since April 2023. Prior experience includes over five years in academic research as a Ph.D. student in Food Science at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, with a project focused on the development of biopolymer-based nanoparticles for nanofoods. Additional roles include a researcher at La Doria S.p.A. in process control and quality control at Attianese spa. Alessia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science and two degrees in Food Science and Technology from the same university.
