Stephany Fisher is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and media relations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications at MARTA since September 2017, Fisher acts as the spokesperson and prepares speeches and presentations for executive leadership. Previously, Fisher has contributed as a freelance journalist for Investigation Discovery Channel's 'The Perfect Murder' series since June 2015. Fisher's earlier roles include significant positions as a news anchor and reporter at WGCL/CBS46 in Atlanta, KPTV Fox 12 Oregon, WYFF in Greenville, and KNDU/KNDO-TV in Yakima, showcasing a proven track record of leading news teams and delivering impactful stories to large audiences. Fisher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Washington State University in 1991.
