LaShanda Dawkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor and employee relations, human resources, and legal counsel, primarily at MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) since March 2006. In roles such as Assistant General Manager Labor and Employee Relations and Interim Chief Administrative Officer, LaShanda has provided strategic support to executive leadership, overseen HR operations, and cultivated relationships across management levels. Accomplishments include leading teams in the effective implementation of authority-wide human resources programs and executing organizational HR strategies.
