Kareemah Lewis is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as Senior Associate Counsel at MARTA since January 2022, Kareemah has held positions including Associate Attorney at Fincher Denmark LLC, Attorney in the Litigation Division of the City of Atlanta, and Assistant Solicitor General for Fulton County. Previous roles also include Assistant District Attorney at the Paulding County District Attorney's Office and Assistant Public Defender for the City of Atlanta. Kareemah’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a study abroad program in Geography and History at La Universidad de Seville.
