Charles Rosa has over two decades of experience in transit planning and management, currently serving as a Senior Transit Systems Planner with MARTA since February 2001. In this role, responsibilities include bus stop placement, route surveys, customer service response, and maintaining databases related to bus stops. Charles also coordinates with local jurisdictions and reviews site plans for compliance. Additionally, since December 2011, Charles has been the President and Owner of Stay Blessed, LLC, specializing in inspirational writing. Prior military experience includes serving as a Legal Specialist and Human Resource Specialist in the United States Army Reserve and time as a Ramp Agent at AirTran Airways and a Field Artillery Soldier in the Army.
