Stephen Mann is an experienced industry analyst and content creator specializing in IT service management (ITSM). Currently serving as Principal Analyst and Content Director at ITSM.Tools since July 2016, Stephen also creates daily ITSM content as an independent ITSM Content Creator for Quick Content Limited.
