Sreeja Pillai is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Checkmate since February 2022, Sreeja has previously held significant positions such as Head of Human Resources at PAYBACK, leading the HR function from December 2010 to January 2022, and Director of Human Resources at vCustomer, where the company received the DQ IDC Best BPO Employer award. Sreeja's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development, having also managed HR functions at HSBC Global Resourcing, People Power International Ltd, and Ingram Micro India Ltd. Sreeja holds an MBA with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor of Law from the same institution.
