Narinder Nooney is an experienced proposal and business development professional with a strong background in cost estimating and project management. Currently serving as a Proposal Manager, Business Development Lead, and Senior Proposal/Pricing Analyst at Itron, Inc. since March 2015, Narinder has honed expertise in overseeing capital cost estimates, reviewing client documents, and preparing proposals. Previously, Narinder held the position of Lead Estimator at FLSmidth from September 2007 to February 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating capital cost estimates and managing RFP processes. Earlier experience includes serving as an Estimator at Accra-Fab, Inc. from September 2006 to September 2007. Narinder holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, as well as Chemistry from California State University-Sacramento and an A.S. degree in Mathematics and Physics from American River College.
