Tom Burton has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a 3rd Line Support Analyst at ITRM Ltd since December 2018, after progressing through roles as a 2nd Line and 1st Line Support Analyst. Prior to this, Tom worked as an IT Technician at St Gregory's Catholic Comprehensive School in Tunbridge Wells from August 2015 to December 2018. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Sussex.
