Oleg Reshetnyak, Ph.D, currently serves as the Director of the Ukrainian office and Unit Head at ITRex Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Oleg Reshetnyak held several positions at Provectus from January 2013 to August 2021, including Senior Engineering Manager, where Oleg managed $4 million of business autonomously, and Director of PMO, as well as Engineering Director at Reinvently, overseeing a portfolio of 25 projects and a team of 60 members. Oleg Reshetnyak also has experience as a Technical Project Manager and Engineering Lead, delivering approximately 20 projects at various organizations. Earlier in career, Oleg Reshetnyak worked at SHAPE from August 2007 to December 2012 as a Technical Project Manager, managing the full cycle of two products, and as Lead Developer and C++ Developer at Odessa National Telecommunications Academy, where Oleg held several academic positions, including Senior Lecturer and Lecturer. Oleg Reshetnyak holds a Master's degree in Mobile Telecommunication Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy.
