Svetlana Zalesnykh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at HEALBE Corporation since September 2023, Svetlana has also held the position of Corporate Legal Counsel at ITPS - IT Professional Solutions since September 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Lawyer at Perm Financial and Industrial Group LLC from June 2001 to September 2012 and Executive Secretary at the Commercial Arbitrage Institution under Perm Financial and Industrial Group from September 1999 to August 2012. Svetlana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, obtained in 2014, and a Specialist degree in Law from Perm State University, earned in 2001.
