Carola Palomo is a seasoned Program Project Manager and Content Coordinator at ITProTV, part of ACI Learning, since June 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Production to develop technical video content strategies and serving as the primary contact for on-demand content production across departments. Previously, Carola held the role of Director/Editor and Videographer/Administrative Assistant at the University of Florida, managing live streaming for various events and supervising recordings. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Marketing Intern for Hubert's Lemonade, focusing on brand awareness campaigns, and working as an Administrative Assistant/Medical Biller at EZ Claims Inc, where patient claims processing was a key responsibility. Carola holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts from Broward College.
