Shraddha Amatya started their work experience as a Dotnet Developer at Ants Pvt.Ltd in October 2018, where they worked until February 2019. Shraddha then joined UNDP Thailand as a Delegate at the Asia Pacific Youth Exchange from January 2020 to March 2020. Following that, Shraddha worked as a Technical Writer at Datalytics from March 2020 to January 2021. Shraddha then joined BISage Pvt. Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Engineer from November 2020 to September 2021. Shraddha then worked at EBPearls Pty Ltd as an Associate Quality Analyst from September 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Software Quality Engineer at ITONICS - The Innovation OS starting from January 2023.

Shraddha Amatya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Advanced College of Engineering and Management (ACEM) between 2013 and 2017. Shraddha also completed their Intermediate education in Physical Sciences at Nightingale International Higher Secondary School from 2011 to 2013. Their early education was completed at Nightingale International Boarding School from 1998 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Shraddha obtained several certifications. Shraddha earned a Nepal Insurance Surveyor certificate from Beema Samiti in September 2021. In September 2018, they obtained a certification in Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications from Broadway Infosys Nepal. Additionally, they obtained an Engineering Council certification from the Nepal Engineering Council in May 2018.
