Christoffer Nielsen is an accomplished Service Portfolio Manager, currently at itm8 since November 2023. Previously, Christoffer held the same position at AddPro AB from May 2017 to November 2023 and worked at Atea Sverige AB from September 2007 to April 2017 in various roles including Service Level Manager, Technical Account Manager, Incident Lifecycle Coordinator, and Servicedesk Technician. Responsibilities included overseeing service delivery, improving operational services, managing incidents, and providing technical support. Christoffer completed education at NTI Gymnasiet, earning a Stundentexamen in El/Datateknik from 2002 to 2005.
