James Hopkins has extensive experience in IT and project management, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Service Delivery Lead and Product Owner at Itineris since 2015, James focuses on implementing and supporting the UMAX CIS solution for US clients, alongside conducting workshops, developing functional documentation, and leading training efforts. Prior roles include project management and technical leadership at Pepco Holdings, where James managed cross-functional teams and application development projects, as well as QA and programming positions at CoreStates Bank, SID, Inc., and Fidelity Bank. James holds a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University and possesses a robust background in systems development, data management, and client training.
