Jaime Torres has extensive experience in the field of information technology and business management, currently serving as Director General at ESAT since June 2006. In addition to this role, Jaime Torres has held positions such as Member of the Board of ITI (Instituto Tecnológico de Informática) and Representative on the Governing Council of the Confederación Empresarial Valenciana since 2016 and 2012 respectively. Previous roles include a member of the Digital Transformation Commission at the Cámara de Comercio de Valencia and Director of IT and Digital Strategy at Webnet Informática. Jaime Torres has also worked at Deutsche Bank as Director of IT Services and at ESI, responsible for national IT planning. Educational qualifications include various certifications in IT governance and auditing from ISACA, as well as degrees in Telecommunication Engineering and Management Computer Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
