Divyansh Sahni is currently the Managing Director at I-Thum World, where responsibilities include overseeing departments such as Real Estate Financial Modelling & Analysis, Finance, Operations, Management, Marketing, Leasing, and Construction Budgeting & Scheduling since April 2023. Prior to this role, Divyansh served as Director at SOLUTREAN BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED from December 2018 to April 2023. Divyansh holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School (2016-2019). Early education was completed at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram, graduating with a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce (2002-2016).
